BJÖRGVIN SIGURÐARSON is an Icelandic photographer and filmmaker whose work is influenced by his roots in urban street culture and the elemental landscapes of his homeland. Having also lived in Copenhagen and London, he has cultivated a sensitivity to place, people, and atmosphere - particularly the subtle presence of nature - that informs both his filmmaking and photographic work.

His directorial debut for the documentary film Göngin was selected for screening at Skjaldborg Film Festival and the 35th edition of Nordisk Panorama.

He is co-founder of creative studio Graen, and independent record label Vax.
